Since 1989, Richardson Travel Ltd, has run a network of Bus Routes into the school. Arrangements differ for pupils living inside the catchment area and for those outside the catchment area.
Application for “free travel” has to be made to Hampshire County Council from whom the application forms are available. Richardson Travel Ltd cannot enter into any discussion as to entitlement to “free travel”.
Each child requires an individual and separate application even if siblings are already in receipt of “free travel”
Unless an application has been received and processed by the Council before the commencement of the new school year, your child will only be able to travel on the buses by paying the cash-fare until a Season Ticket is issued.
THE NETWORK CURRENTLY SERVES THE BEACON HILL, HINDHEAD, GRAYSHOTT, HEADLEY DOWN, HEADLEY & LINDFORD AREAS TO THE NORTH AND THE PETERSFIELD AND MIDHURST AREAS TO THE SOUTH AND EAST.
Application forms are supplied by direct application to Richardson Travel Ltd, which can be by post, phone or email. The scope and capacity of the route network is entirely dependant upon the number of “registrations” received by the deadline of 25th July 2008.
